FAQs

Can I have a discount?

If you are looking to book 5 or more places, we will offer a group discount. Please contact Megan if this applies.

I'm only interested in attending one of the webinars, can I pay a reduced fee?

No, sorry. The three webinars are sold as a package.

What if I can't make one of the webinars?

No problem, we are recording the sessions so you can catch up at a time convenient to you.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, but there is a £10 admin fee for invoice payment. There are three reasons we prefer card payment:

  1. We like the simplicity of an automated business model.
  2. We think it's excessive to have to fill in a 10 page 'supplier request' form (which local authorities and large organisations insist on) for a £160 fee.
  3. We don't like having to chase people for money!
