I’ve professionally gained so much out of this course, both in terms of knowledge but also confidence in my HR practice. I have more confidence in how I support our managers and how I frame, present and manage ‘risks’ to them and the business and which in turn develops my professional reputation and credibility. I wish I’d done this course MUCH earlier in my career!
